Did you teach a class or have a demo at this festival, you know a lot of sushi knowledge. Is there a way that I can find out about these events before they happen? Would have loved to attend this food festival.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great festival. Did they have any fish cutting demonstrations like at the Japanese Restaurant Expo at the Kyoto Hotel?
ReplyDeleteAgree with B Stabb, you should teach a class on fish and sushi. You really know some good sushi information and have learned a lot from you. Maybe a book???
ReplyDeleteNo, we didn't have a demo at the festival, but thank you for the nice comments. While we were there, didn't see any fish cutting like the Japanese Food Expo. Check-in with Bridge USA for upcoming festivals.
